Cancellation Guidelines

For One-Time Projects:

• Can be cancelled before project commencement with a 10% administrative fee.
• Once project execution begins (including research, design, or setup), cancellation will not entitle the client to a full refund.

For Monthly Services (Retainers):

• Requires 7 days' prior notice before the next billing cycle to avoid auto-renewal.
• If cancelled mid-cycle, the service will continue till the end of the paid term — no pro-rated refunds .

For Ongoing Contracts (e.g., App Development, Consulting):

• Requires a 15-day written notice to discontinue services.
• Outstanding payments for completed work till date must be cleared before cancellation is confirmed.

Cancellation by Ritirah Consultants:

We reserve the right to cancel any agreement if:

• The client fails to provide necessary inputs for an extended time.
• There is a breach of terms or abusive behaviour.
• Payments are consistently delayed or not cleared.
